You acknowledge that any decision made based on information from the Service is at your own risk. We assume no responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of the content provided through the Service, including information from chats with psychics.

SUBSCRIPTIONS, ONE-TIME PURCHASES, AND CREDITS

We offer various ways to access our content and services, including:

- Automatically renewing subscriptions (monthly).

- One-time purchases of digital content (e.g., PDF horoscopes).

- Purchases of credits for use in chat with psychics.

You are responsible for managing your subscription and your purchases. Subscription cancellation must be done in accordance with the Billing Terms in order to avoid future charges.

TERMINATION

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT THE INFORMATION (INCLUDING HOROSCOPES AND CHAT SESSIONS) IS ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

THE SERVICE IS SOLELY FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Vista Labs LLC OR ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US FOR USE OF THE SERVICE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vista Labs LLC and its affiliated parties from any claim or liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be sought resolved amicably. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, you acknowledge that the competent courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not, however, affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection law, including the right to bring an action before the courts of your place of residence.

You may also have the option to bring a complaint before an applicable consumer dispute resolution body.

- Electronic Communications: You agree to receive communications from us electronically (e.g., via email or the Service). Electronic communications have the same legal validity as written communications.

- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the incorporated policies (Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Billing Terms), constitute the entire agreement between you and Vista Labs LLC regarding the Service.
